HubSpot Integration
The HubSpot integration lets you sync contacts from HubSpot into Transpond so you can send email campaigns, build segments, and use automations. Once connected, HubSpot contacts stay up to date in Transpond automatically and can be used across campaigns, templates, segments, and automation workflows.
Connecting to HubSpot
- Click on Company Profile > Integrations
- Click Add Integration
- Find HubSpot and click "View/Install".
- Click CONNECT TO HUBSPOT
- Enter your HubSpot credentials (unless already logged in) > Choose the HubSpot account you want to connect
- Confirm the app permissions
- Select the Transpond Group where HubSpot contacts will sync.
- Choose an existing group or Add a new group
After You’re Connected
- Contacts from HubSpot will import into the selected Transpond Group.
- New contacts added in HubSpot will sync automatically.
- You can return to the integration settings at any time by going to Integrations > Manage in Transpond
Managing the HubSpot Integration
On the integration overview page in Transpond you can:
- Change the group your HubSpot contacts sync to.
- See sync history.
- Update settings or disconnect the integration
