Reply Tracking- What is it?
Reply tracking helps you to gather more data on the customer making you more intelligent to the customers' needs/ wants and giving them a better user experience.
We never used to know what happened after we sent an email campaign but now with reply tracking, we do! Now we can get more insight into what the customer is doing with your email after you've sent it, more than just clicks.
This is useful as once you know what the customer is doing for example if they have replied then you can now segment them into different categories- if they have all visited a specific page you can send them all an email which relates to that page.
The way we track replies is very different to other email marketing websites, they will often secretly CC their own email addresses in the email you're sending out and hope that the customer hits 'reply all' so that they can see the reply too.
