How to Use Your Saved Capsule Lists as Segments
When you enable the Capsule integration, all saved contact lists in Capsule are synced to Transpond as Segments. These Segments can be used when sending campaigns or within automations.
Capsule-synced Segments are identified by a Capsule logo.
Choose Which Capsule Lists Sync to Transpond
You can control which Capsule lists are synced.
- Go to Company Profile → Integrations.
- Click Manage next to the Capsule integration.
- In the Lists section, click Select.
- Choose the Capsule lists you want to sync.
Only the selected lists will appear in Transpond as Segments.
Editing Capsule-Synced Segments
Segments synced from Capsule cannot be edited in Transpond.
To change the filters:
- Edit the list directly in Capsule, or
- Create an editable copy of the Segment in Transpond.
Copy a Capsule Segment in Transpond
- Go to Contacts → Segments.
- Find the Capsule-synced Segment.
- Click the three-dot menu on the right.
- Select Copy Segment.
- Enter a name for the new Segment.
- Edit the filters as required.
- Click Save segment.
The copied Segment is fully editable and independent of Capsule.
