How to Manage the Capsule Integration

Once your Capsule integration with Transpond is active, you can manage key settings and how data syncs between the two systems via the Manage page in Transpond. To open the Manage page:

  1. Go to Company Profile → Integrations in Transpond.
  2. Find Capsule in the list.
  3. Click Manage.

    From here you can:

  • Change the Group that Capsule contacts sync to.
  • Force a full resync of your Capsule data.
  • Configure any integration actions previously set up.

Using Capsule Custom Fields in Transpond

Transpond automatically imports all custom fields from Capsule.

Where to Find Them

  • Go to Contacts → Fields in Transpond.
  • Capsule-imported fields have a Capsule icon next to them.

Hidden by Default

  • All imported Capsule custom fields are hidden by default.
  • Hidden fields do not appear on public update/profile links to avoid unintended edits that would sync back and change data in Capsule.

Unhide a Custom Field

If you want these fields visible in Transpond (e.g., for forms or profile updates):

  1. Go to Contacts → Fields.
  2. Locate the Capsule-imported field.
  3. Uncheck the “Hidden” checkbox.

    This makes the field available like any other Transpond custom field (usable in templates, segments, automations, etc.)
