Using Forms with Capsule
If your Transpond account is integrated with Capsule then you have some Capsule specific features with Forms. These features will be available when you setup the form for the Capsule Group.
Including a contact name
When a Transpond form is setup for the Capsule Group, all new submissions will be added as Capsule contacts. Capsule requires all contacts to have at least a first or last name, or an organization name. So to that end you need to ensure that your form has a field that is mapped to at least one of those fields in Capsule.
Choosing assigned user
If you're using Capsule on the Growth plan or higher then you can assign contacts to specific Users or Teams. When you first setup the form you'll be asked which Capsule user to assign the contacts to. You can change this at a later date using the 'Form Options' button in the top right corner. By default the contacts will be assigned to the user who connected the integration, however you can change it to any User or Team on the account.

Capsule Notes
Usually you can only map fields in the Form to normal fields, however with a Capsule-connected form you can also use the Form to add notes to the contact in Capsule. To do that you would use a dedicated 'Capsule Note' element.

Once added it will display as a multi-line text field.
