Setting Up Your New Account

When you login to Transpond for the first time there are a few things we recommend you do right away. In order to send emails you are required to fill in a questionnaire with some details on how you’re planning on using Transpond. Once submitted, reviewed and approved, your account will be ready to use.

You’ll find a link to the questionnaire at the very top of Transpond and you’ll be prompted to fill it in until it has been completed.
