Managing your User Profile

The My Profile area of Transpond allows users to update details such as name, email, password, two-factor authentication options and regional settings. Users are also able to review which of their devices have an active Transpond session.


You can access your My Profile by clicking on your profile image in the top right corner of the screen in Transpond > My Profile.


Setting your language, time zone and date format


The Transpond interface is available in English, Finnish, French, German, Portuguese and Spanish. In addition to changing the language, there are other regional settings which can be changed to reflect the time zone you work in and your preferred date format.


Changing the language

The default language for the Transpond interface is English. However, Transpond is also available in Finnish, French, German, Portuguese and Spanish. The language is set at the user level, perfect if you have an international team.


To change the language:

  1. Click on your profile image in the top menu bar > My Profile
  2. Select your preferred language from the available options
  3. Click Save your settings

Changing the default time zone: 

The default time zone in Transpond is GMT. If GMT isn’t your local time zone, you should change this. Changing to your local time zone will help with scheduled campaigns and automations. 


To change the time zone:

  1. Click on your profile image in the top menu bar > My Profile
  2. Select your local time zone from the drop-down list
  3. Click Save your settings

Changing the date format

Dates within your Transpond account can be displayed in your preferred format.


To change the date format:

  1. Click on your profile image in the top menu bar > My Profile
  2. Select your preferred date format from the drop-down list
  3. Click Save your settings

Updating your email address

Users must keep their email address up-to-date in Transpond. Transpond uses user email addresses to send verification codes and password reset emails.


To change your email address:

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top menu bar > My Profile
  2. In the 'Email Address' field, delete the email address listed, and enter the email address you'd like to have associated with your user profile instead.
  3. Click Save your Details
