Pipedrive Integration

Connecting Pipedrive to Transpond is super easy and can be set up in a few seconds.
How to connect your Pipedrive Account

- In Transpond, click on your company name in the top right corner > Integrations > click Add Integrations > click View/Install under Pipedrive.

- Click Connect to Pipedrive

- You will now be redirected to the Pipedrive website, where you will be asked to log in if you aren't already, and then choose the Pipedrive account you would like to connect to Transpond. Click the account you would like to connect.

How to configure the Pipedrive Integration
With your Pipedrive and Transpond accounts connected you can now configure the integration.
You must select which Group your Pipedrive contacts will be added to. Choose an existing Transpond Group or click the “Add a new Group” button to create a new Group. You can also select which Pipedrive fields to import for your contacts. Transpond will automatically create Custom Fields for the fields you import.
Additional filters can be added to the fields to control which contacts are brought over from Pipedrive to Transpond. For example, if you only want to import contacts who have purchased a specific product and you record this in a custom field in Pipedrive you can set up a filter for this:
Pipedrive Integration Actions
Pipedrive Integration Actions automatically add updates to your Pipedrive contacts when they complete a specific action. For example, you can use Pipedrive Integration Actions to add a note to the contact when they unsubscribe from your Group or to create a follow-up task for the Sales Team when a contact interacts with a specific campaign.
If you need to change any of the integration settings in the future, you can do so by clicking on your profile image in the top right corner > Integrations > click Manage next to Pipedrive > then click Settings
Managing the Pipedrive Integration
Once you have set up the integration, you can manage it by going to Integrations > click Manage next to Pipedrive. Here you can:
- Change the Group(s) your Pipedrive contacts and leads are synced to
- Configure which fields are imported
- Define actions that update specific Pipedrive fields when your contacts interact with your marketing activity.
- Create automation based on updates in Pipedrive. Or include Pipedrive within your other workflows.
