How to send Test Emails
Sending a test email of your content is a quick and easy way to get a clearer idea of how your campaign will look once it's sent out to your contacts. There are two ways to do this in Transpond.

When Previewing your Campaign or Template
Whilst editing the content of your campaign or template, choose the option to preview in the top right.
From there, you will be able to enter the email(s) you want to send the test to. Choose Send Test to confirm - you will now get a copy of the campaign to the email address entered in that field.
At this point, you can also preview the email itself from within Transpond. If you have any personalised information in your campaign, use the section below to see what the campaign will look like for a random contact (or one of your choice from the recipients).
Option 2 - Before sending your Campaign
At Step 3 of the Campaign Builder, you will be given the option to send a final test:
It's important to know that the test campaign will come from the User's name and email address. The From Name and Address (set at the top of that page) will only show in the sent campaign itself.
To see this in action, create a "Test Group" in Transpond with your own email address. Then you can duplicate the campaign and send the duplicate to your Test Group - here you will see it exactly how your contacts will see it.
