Sharing files with your contacts
Instead of attaching files directly to your email (which can slow delivery and trigger spam filters), Transpond hosts your files for you and lets you include a link to download them in your campaigns.
This has three key benefits:
- You can share large files without size limits from your email provider.
- Emails with hosted file links are less likely to be marked as spam.
- Your email will send faster than with traditional attachments.

- From the Elements menu, drag a button into your template.
- With the button selected, open the Button Content panel on the right.
- Enter the text you want (like Download File), then click Link and choose File from the drop-down.

Tips for Best Results
- Keep file names clear and descriptive so recipients know what they’re downloading.
- If you upload the same file frequently, add it to a dedicated folder in the File Manager for easier access next time.
