Sharing files with your contacts

Rather than using traditional email attachments, Transpond hosts the files files you want to share with your contacts and you can link to these files within your email campaigns. Hosting files has advantages over attachments as;

  • you can share large files more easily
  • bulk emails sent with attachments are more likely to be marked as spam
  • attachments will slow down the delivery of your email campaign
