Mailchimp Integration

Migrating over to Transpond from Mailchimp? Connect your Mailchimp account to import contacts and templates into Transpond effortlessly.

What does the Mailchimp integration do?

The Mailchimp integration for Transpond allows you to perform a manual import of contacts, templates and images from Mailchimp for use within Transpond.

When you import a Mailchimp Audience to a Transpond Group, the import will include the email address, subscriber status, the time/date a contact subscribed to the audience, the time/date they opted into your Mailchimp communications, their average open and click rate, and any custom fields you use. You will also have the option to import your Mailchimp tags.

You can import your Mailchimp templates to Transpond one by one, provided they have been used in a campaign. The imported template will be available in Transpond and can be edited in our WYSIWYG editor.

Images that you have saved within 'My Files' in Mailchimp can also be manually imported. You can select images across folders, and once imported, these will be available in the File Manager in Transpond within a folder automatically created called 'Mailchimp'
