What is Transpond

Transpond is an online email marketing service that empowers you to send emails out to your customers and analyze who has read the email, clicked links, where they are based and much more!

You can schedule email campaigns that go out to lots of subscribers all at once, such as a monthly newsletter or set up automatic emails that get sent when something happens, like a happy birthday email or a ‘Thanks for buying from our store’ email.

Transpond also provides a powerful transactional email service that makes sending and tracking your messages super easy.

You can also manage your subscribers, import subscribers from lots of different sources, segment your subscribers, design GDPR compliant signup forms to pop on your website, facebook page, etc and you can design email templates with our drag and drop editor, import your own html, import from somewhere else, and lots of other options.

And all of this is just the tip of the iceberg, Transpond is easy to use, but scratch the surface and you will discover a wealth of powerful features, tools and analytics designed to cover even the most demanding of situations.

Setting Up Your New Account

When you login to Transpond for the first time there are a few things we recommend you do right away. In order to send emails you are required to fill in a questionnaire with some details on how you’re planning on using Transpond. Once submitted, reviewed and approved, your account will be ready to use.

You’ll find a link to the questionnaire at the very top of Transpond and you’ll be prompted to fill it in until it has been completed.
